In the event of a late arrival, please note that the session will not be extended beyond the scheduled time. To facilitate a smooth intake process, arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment is highly recommended.

It's important to note that payment is expected at the time the service is provided. While gratuity is greatly appreciated for exceptional service, it is not factored into the listed service price. Please be aware that checks are not an accepted form of payment.

Implementing a deposit system for online bookings is an effective way to manage appointments and ensure commitment from clients. The deposit acts as a guarantee of the client's intention to avail the service, and is conveniently deducted from the total service cost. For instance, if a 1-hour massage is priced at $85, a $25 deposit would mean the client pays the remaining $60 at the time of the service.
